In my country Nigeria,transportation business has always been a money spinner.
It used to be ran by mostly not so educated enterprenuer who gave little or no attention to organisation and laid down operational procedure.

In those days we used to have bus assistance aka condutors who harrased us in varoius manners ranging from squeezing more passender into seats that were made for fewer people,Asking you to enter with a exact fare or else they withhold your change if you didnt.or even deciding to take any route they please without caring whether they are taking you out of your way.Infact the list of complaints are endless.

These days a lot of educated enterprenures have come into the business of transportation with a wealth of experience in business procedures and policies.
These new enterprenure have brought with it finesse and good customer relationship that gets users coming for more patronage.

The business is profitable but with it comes some many challenges which will be examined later.
